Request Data Deletion

Processing Time

Data deletion requests will be completed within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date your request is received. You will receive confirmation once the deletion process is complete.

Strict Exceptions

Certain data may be retained temporarily if required by law or internal audits. However, such retention will only occur for the minimum mandatory period required by regulations. Once this period expires, all associated information will be permanently deleted.
